Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, products, and services provided by AgentSupply, Inc. ("AgentSupply", "we", "us"). By creating an account, accessing the service, or clicking "I agree", you accept these Terms.
1. The service
AgentSupply provides AI voice agent software that places and receives phone calls on behalf of customers, including transcription, recording, integration with third-party services, and related dashboards. Specific features available to you depend on the plan you select.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your organization. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for safeguarding your credentials. Notify us immediately at security@agentsupply.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use AgentSupply to: (a) violate any law, including telecommunications, consumer protection, and consent laws; (b) place calls to numbers on Do-Not-Call lists or to recipients who have revoked consent; (c) impersonate any person or entity in a manner intended to defraud or mislead; (d) generate content that is unlawful, harassing, or harmful; (e) interfere with, probe, or reverse-engineer the service; (f) resell the service to third parties except under a written reseller agreement with us.
4. Customer content & data
You retain ownership of the content you provide to AgentSupply, including scripts, configurations, recordings, and transcripts ("Customer Content"). You grant AgentSupply a limited license to host, process, and transmit Customer Content solely to provide the service. We will not use Customer Content to train shared models unless you opt in.
5. Fees & billing
Fees are billed monthly in advance based on the plan you select, plus any usage-based charges (per-minute talk time, additional numbers, etc.). All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change fees with at least 30 days' notice for renewals.
6. Term & termination
Either party may terminate the service at any time, for any reason, on written notice (including via the dashboard). Upon termination, your access ceases and your data is retained or deleted according to our Privacy Policy and any applicable Data Processing Addendum.
7. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information with the same care it uses for its own confidential information, and at minimum a reasonable standard of care. Confidential information does not include information that is public, independently developed, or rightfully received from a third party.
8. Warranties & disclaimers
AgentSupply provides the service "as is" and disclaims all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI-generated outputs may contain errors and should be reviewed before being relied upon for high-stakes decisions.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Each party's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms will not exceed the fees paid by you to AgentSupply during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold AgentSupply harmless from claims arising out of your Customer Content, your use of the service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law, including consent and recording laws.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
