("AgentSupply", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about you when you visit our website, sign up for our service, or interact with our AI voice agents. By using AgentSupply you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide to us directly — including your name, email, phone number, company name, billing information, and any content you share when configuring an agent. When you or your end-users place or receive a call handled by our platform, we collect call audio, transcripts, metadata (caller ID, duration, time), and any data exchanged with connected services such as your CRM or calendar.
We also collect technical information automatically when you visit our site or use our dashboard: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and similar log data. We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, and product analytics.
2. How we use information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the AgentSupply service.
- To provide you with call recordings, transcripts, summaries, and analytics.
- To communicate with you about your account, updates, and security.
- To train and improve the quality of our voice models, using only data you have authorized for that purpose.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- To comply with legal obligations, including call-recording and consent laws.
3. Sharing of information
We share information only with: (a) service providers that help us operate the platform (telecom carriers, cloud infrastructure, payment processors), under contractual confidentiality and security obligations; (b) services you explicitly connect, such as your CRM or calendar; (c) authorities, where legally required. We do not sell personal information.
4. Call recording & consent
Calls handled by AgentSupply agents may be recorded and transcribed. You are responsible for ensuring that all parties to a call are informed of recording where required by law. AgentSupply provides configurable disclosure prompts to help you stay compliant with applicable single-party and two-party consent jurisdictions.
5. Data retention
We retain account information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to satisfy legal obligations. Call recordings and transcripts are retained according to the retention policy you select in your dashboard. You can delete recordings and transcripts at any time.
6. Security
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and continuous monitoring. We follow industry-standard security practices and continuously improve our security posture.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@agentsupply.ai.
8. International transfers
AgentSupply is headquartered in the United States. If you access the service from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate, with appropriate safeguards in place.
9. Children
AgentSupply is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you by email or in-product.
